PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY MAY IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN US. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS, LINK TO, OR USE THIS SITE, OR ANY SERVICE ON THIS SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT.

Client Content Usage

Display: You grant Socially Hooked permission to display your project content (social feed, graphics, etc.) for promotional purposes, including brochures, websites, and social media. This may include "before and after" comparisons.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Generally, refunds are not offered after work has begun.

  • Exceptions may be made upon mutual agreement.

  • Buyer's remorse is not a reason for a refund.

  • Once payment is received, the project will begin with a turnaround time provided.

  • Disputes during the project may result in cancellation without a refund.

  • Ashlynn Racquel retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, and files created during the project unless otherwise agreed.

Communication & Work Style

  • Email communication is preferred.

  • Response turnaround time is 72 hours.

  • Socially Hooked operates during business hours on weekdays, excluding holidays and announced vacations.

  • Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and communication.

  • Clients are informed of expected times based on the information provided.

  • Clients are encouraged to allow for uninterrupted work for optimal results.

  • Socially Hooked reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including disrespect or disruptive behavior.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Not to interfere with or disrupt our services.

  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Socially Hooked or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socially Hooked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services or any materials, information, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socially Hooked, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Use.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
